In Year 2 in Social Science we have learned about the solar system, the four seasons and how to look after our planet. In class we made a model of the Sun, the Earth and the Moon. Our language assistant, Amy, helped us to make this model.
Also we have learned about the weather, the air and the water and how we can save energy. We made a weather vane to investigate the direction of the wind. It was fun and interesting!
Al finalizar el tema 1 de Sociales realizamos un mini sistema solar para explorar cómo es el movimiento de rotación y traslación de la Tierra con el Sol y la Luna. También, al término de la unidad 2 los alumnos y alumnas han hecho una veleta para colocar en casa. De esta forma experimentamos con los fenómenos atmosféricos.
